About

I'm Sharon Segal, and I'm a specialist in Residential Real Estate. I've been providing my services to native and prospective Tucsonans for over thirty five years. When my family made the decision to move here in 1983, I knew right away that I wanted to serve this city's beautiful and diverse community. I transitioned into my career as a REALTOR® after working as an educator for over fifteen years, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Every day, I work with real people and make a positive impact in their lives by using my expertise in real estate. My analytical approach integrates in-depth knowledge of the housing market with integrity, perseverance, and patience to get my clients the results they deserve. My interest in quality construction was fostered at a young age. Growing up in Denver, Colorado, with my father as a builder, I quickly gained an appreciation for architecture. Under the guidance of a friend who has won national awards for his "green buildings," I went on to build a passive solar custom home with my husband, Peter, in New Mexico. In fact, I have lived all over the United States, including the West, Northwest, Midwest, and the East Coast. Tucson, however, is someplace special, and its unique allure is what has kept me rooted here for the last three decades. I believe in the value of a united community. In addition to my affiliation with the Association of Realtors at the local, state, and national level, I work with the Long Realty Cares Foundation, the GLBT Chamber of Commerce, and several Neighborhood Watch associations. I have also devoted my time to earning a number of real estate certifications, including the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations. When I'm not working, I enjoy travel, nature, reading, yoga, and spending time with my family. Let me put my qualifications to work for you. Please let me know how I can assist with your real estate needs today!
